"Draft Regulation on Employee Inventions, the Inventions Made at Higher Education Institutions and the Inventions Emerged out of Public-Sponsored Projects", which was drawn up based on articles 113 and 122 of Intellectual Property Rights Law no. 6769 dated 22/12/2016 that was published on the Official Gazette dated 10 January 2017 and numbered 29944, is now open for opinions.
