We Participated in the Patent Attorneys Meeting Held by TURKPATENT
Officers from Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and patent representatives got together in a meeting held on 2 August 2017 at TURKPATENT.
Mr. Kemal Yamankaradeniz, President of Destek Patent's Board of Directors, and Mr. M. Emre Vural, our General Manager, attended the meeting.
In the meeting, the changes brought by the Law No. 6769 on Intellectual Property Rights Code, which came in force on 10 January 2017, were assessed in terms of patent and utility model application and registration procedures.
In the meeting, the works to be performed for reaching the targets regarding Intellectual Property Rights that are planned to be realized in the following period, as well as the necessary measures to be taken for increasing our country's patent performance, were discussed.
