LIBYA - Suspension of Trademark Registrations

Ministerial Decision No. 2 of 2025 has revoked all trademark applications submitted between April 2 and September 2, 2024. This decision was made due to the suspension of operations at the Libya Trademark Office during this period. It came into effect on January 15, 2025, coinciding with the publication date.
