The Libyan Trademarks Office, through Decision No. (335) of 2024, mandates the cancellation of previously published trademarks not renewed within the prescribed deadlines outlined in Article 1257 of Commercial Activity Law No. 23 of 2010. This applies particularly to trademarks published before 2021, with numbers below 22100, emphasizing renewal within the final year of the protection period to avoid automatic cancellation.
