Libya's Ministry of Economy & Trade issued new regulations effective May 1, 2024, requiring updated documentation for trademark actions, including Arabic translations and local attestations for legalized foreign documents. Existing powers of attorney and trade licenses executed before May 1, 2023, should be utilized or refreshed to comply with the new requirements.
