Japan Patent Office approved the registration of the "Eagle" logo of which application was made by the ASAHI Golf Co. to be used in the goods in the 9., 25., and 28. classes in 2020. Armani filed a partial opposition against the registration of ASAHI's trademark that carries the eagle logo and demanded mentioned mark to be cancelled since there can be similarity or likelihood of confusion with Armani's eagle logo when it is used on goods that are in the 25th class.
