Intended for encouraging inventive activities of our country, contributing to technological development, bring R&D, and innovation activities on a national and international scale together with the participants, and offering the produced technical knowledge for the sake and benefit of the society by commercializing it, the Istanbul International Inventions Fair, which is the one and only international invention fair of our country, will be held on March 02-04, 2017 for the second time (with the abbreviation of ISIF’17) in Istanbul.
As in the ISIF’16’, which was held on March 03-06, 2016 in Istanbul with the participation of 324 inventions, in the ISIF’17 as well, the supports and incentives of the Patronage of the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, the international patronage of the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA), the Hosting of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, the Anatolian Inventions and Inventors Association (ABDER), European Patent Organization (EPO), and World Intellectual Property Rights Organization (WIPO).
ISIF’17, of which the target audience consists of international and national and individual inventors, R&D centers, manufacturer and commercial companies, industries, entrepreneurs, private researchers, consultants, patent offices, research institutes supported by the private or public sector, scientific parks, technology development areas, offices of transfer of technology, labs, organizations linked with the intellectual and Intellectual property rights, informal investors, risk capital groups, innovation incentive developers, patent attorneys, invention associations, related government institutions or non-governmental organizations, will continue to be the strong supporter of the ecosystem with its B2B meetings, workshops, and panels. And the ISIF’17 awards will support the international familiarity of the technical innovations on an international scale.
